Message from Mr. Chad Charoenlap
Dear Pinckneyville Community,
My name is Chad Charoenlap, and I am both humbled and deeply grateful for the chance to serve this incredible community. As someone who matriculated K-12 in Gwinnett County, I am filled with pride to continue giving back to Gwinnett County Public Schools, where I have spent the past 14 years as both a teacher and an assistant principal. My family shares in my excitement as we become part of this strong and supportive community, and we are sincerely thankful for the warm welcome we have already received.
Before I go further, I want to take a moment to honor and recognize Mr. Todd Marschke for his leadership, dedication, and service to this district and community. Principal Marschke leaves an enduring legacy at Pinckneyville. I am grateful for the example he has set and the foundation he has built for all of us.
I believe that relationships are at the heart of a successful school, and I am committed to ensuring that every child feels seen, valued, and supported. I approach this work as a life-long learner, knowing there is always more to learn from each of you. I believe in the power of high expectations and resilience, and I look forward to cultivating an environment where our students become reflective learners, think creatively, embrace new challenges with confidence, and grow into the next generation of leaders who will shape the future.
Pinckneyville has a proud history of excellence, and I am excited to build on the strong foundation already in place. In the coming weeks and months, I look forward to listening, learning, and hearing your hopes for our school. I am committed to working in
partnership with families and our community to support our students academically, socially, and emotionally.
Together, we will continue cultivating a culture that celebrates diversity, sparks curiosity, and empowers our students to thrive in an ever-changing world. I am driven by a competitive spirit and a desire to see every student rise to their full potential. With the tremendous efforts of our faculty, staff, students, and parents, I am confident that we can set new standards of excellence and inspire our children to be the very best versions of themselves. I feel truly blessed for the opportunity to serve the Norcross cluster and community, and I cannot wait to begin this journey with you.
My door is always open, and I welcome your questions, ideas, and conversations. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, introduce yourself, or stop and say hello when you see me. I look forward to meeting each of you and working together to create something extraordinary for our students. Let’s make this opportunity one of purpose, partnership, and powerful achievement.
Sincerely,
Chad Charoenlap Principal Pinckneyville Middle School
